Helen was born in Chester, England, the UK on February 10, 1972, as Helen Sarah Willetts. Willetts holds British nationality and belongs to English ethnicity. The family was born in Chester and quickly relocated to Colwyn Bay, North Wales. There are no other details about her parents and siblings. 

Early Life

Helen attended different schools such as Eirias High School, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, North Wales. Later, she graduated from Nottingham University with a first-class in physics. From February to June 1994, she finished a 5-month Forecasting training course at Met Office College.

In July 1994, Helen Willetts entered the weather center in Cardiff. Then, in 1995, with BCC TV and radio in Wales, she became a weather forecast presenter. She transferred to London's BBC Weather Center after two years. Willetts has a very flourishing career ahead. She was also awarded the TV and Radio Industry Club (TRIC) award in 2006 for the best weather presenter.

Along with her professional life, Helen Willetts has managed to maintain her private life on track too. Having met her husband Philip Avery back in time, a fellow meteorologist and BBC weather forecaster, Helen had discovered he was the guy she wanted to spend the remainder of her life with.

On her marriage day in 2004, in Clowny Bay, Wales, she walked down the aisle with Philip. Helen became pregnant after nearly two years of her marriage. The happiness of Helen and Philip had no boundaries after hearing the news.

Even during her pregnancy, without taking pregnancy leave, Helen continued to work on-air. In 2006, she had her first baby. Then, again, after two years, she gave birth to her second baby. There are no details about Willetts' children. 

Helen likes to maintain her personal and professional life very lowkey. However, as we all know, Helen and Philip are obviously in love and happily married, and there are no rumors of divorce between them.
