Amy Robach goes Instagram official with T.J. Holmes: The anchor has been married twice!  

Amy Robach, 50, a renowned television reporter, has been a household face for nearly two decades. She had brief stints on Weekend Today, Morning Joe, and Countdown with Keith Olbermann before landing her breakthrough news anchor position on ABC's Good Morning America, in 2014.  

Robach's journey on the ABC show was cut short earlier this year after an office romance controversy. Amy faced widespread backlash and scrutiny after her hush-hush romance with her GMA co-anchor, T.J Holmes, got leaked. Both Robach and her accomplice were reprimanded strongly. The couple is officially back to claim their spotlight as they announce a new venture.

And just like that Robach and Holmes are back with a bang. Clapping back at their former broadcaster and haters, both Robach and T.J. shared a snap of themselves hugging and smiling from ear to ear. "How's this for Instagram official? #silentnomore," the duo's caption read. The former GMA3 alums also announced their new co-hosting venture, Amy & TJ podcast.   

Their announcement further read, "Listen on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard." Amy and Holmes started off as colleagues when they started hosting the third hour of GMA in 2020. The duo's relationship fast escalated as the two went on to become close friends.  

A scandal unfolded last year when Amy and T.J.- both married to their respective partners at the time, were spotted getting cozy. "They always had a spark and their work trips away together brought them even closer," a source shared as Amy and Holmes's marriage with their spouses completely unraveled amid the controversy.    

The co-hosts-turned-lovers were soon kicked out of the show and were replaced by Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez. ABC accused the couple of not being cautious of their actions and delaying reporting their romance to the executives. Although the duo was first banished for adultery, fans are starting to believe that the two are in for a long haul.  

After getting sacked by ABC, the loved-up pair have made a number of headlines, starting with their PDA-filled getaway to Mexico- almost immediately after the exit, their first marathon together as a couple at the United Airlines NYC Half Marathon, and now, the new podcast endeavor.   

"Friends feel they will get engaged soon because they were friends a long time before they became lovers," an insider said about the duo's romance. The source also touched on Amy & Holmes' genuine feelings for each other, and how the two might be announcing their engagement in the near future.

The GMA alum was married to her second husband, Andrew Shue when the news of her affair with Holmes hit the headlines. Amy and Shue met at a book party in early 2009 and got engaged in a whirlwind fashion. The pair tied the knot in February 2010.   

During their life together as a wife and husband, Amy & Shue were bonus parents to each other's kids from their first marriage. "At least five nights a week we sit down for dinner together," Robach's now ex-husband, Andrew, shared about their blended family.   

Shue, 56, who is best known for his roles in Melrose Place, and Gracie, was married to his first wife, designer Jennifer Hageney, from 1994 to 2008. Shue welcomed three sons with Hageney, all of whom became a part of Amy's life when the two got married in 2010.  

The GMA fame and her then-actor husband weathered several ups and downs over the years, including the time when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Robach then shared how the battle took a toll on their marriage but the duo eventually got through the crisis. The news anchor announced that she was cancer-free last year.  

Throughout their enduring marriage, Amy and Andrew gave fans frequent glimpses of their lives and openly reflected on their relationship. The former spouses have since quietly parted ways. A source close to the couple shared, "They are trying to still be co-parents and be amicable." 

 Robach shares her two daughters, Ava, and Analise, with her first ex-husband, Tim McIntosh. The former GMA host married McIntosh in 1996 and got divorced from him after more than a decade in 2008. Amy and Tim have since maintained a low-key relationship as parents.

Although there's very little known about Robach's first marriage and her first ex-husband, her older daughter, Ava, recently shared a throwback snap of her young parents on their wedding day. "They look like a John Hughes movie," wrote Ava on the nostalgic post, which showed a young Amy and McIntosh all giddy for their journey together.

As for Robach's now-boyfriend, Holmes, 46, he has also been married twice and is a father to three kids. T.J. had been long married to Marilee Fiebig when his affair with Amy broke loose last year.  

As the former GMA co-hosts decided to move forward with their romance, Homes' decade-long marriage with Marilee ended in divorce. He shares daughter Sabine with Marilee and two kids, daughter Brianna and son Jaiden, with his first ex-wife, Amy Ferson.
