Colin Egglesfield

Colin Egglesfield is an American actor, widely recognized for his portrayal of Josh Madden in the long-running soap opera All My Children. He is also known for his appearance as Auggie Kirkpatrick on Melrose Place. 

Egglesfield came into the limelight when he appeared in the TNT T series titled Rizzoli & Isles. 

Colin was born on 9th February 1973, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Born to his American parents William Egglesfield and Kathleen Egglesfield, he is of White ethnicity and holds an American nationality.

He spent most of his childhood in a Catholic family along with his siblings, a younger brother Sean Egglesfield, and a sister Kerry Egglesfield. At the age of ten, Colin along with his family moved to Morris, Illinois. There he studied at Marian Catholic High School and later attended the University of Lowa. 

The talented and handsome actor began his career by making a guest appearances in various television series including, Gilmore Girls, The Street, Nip/Tuck, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, etc.

After gaining quite big fame, Egglesfield was portrayed in the movie Must Love Dogs along with his co-stars Dermot Mulroney, Diane Lane, and John Cusack. Additionally, he has also made his appearance as Josh Madden in the series All My Children. 

In addition, Colin's other television appearance includes his own creation titled Beautiful Dreamer, the movie was also listed as the Best American Full Feature Film.

Along with his acting skills, Egglesfield is very attractive, he has also been listed as one of the sexiest men alive and started his own clothing store named Shout Out Clothing.

In 2014, Colin began dating Swedish actress Malin Akerman. Again, Akerman and Egglesfield could not last long and went separate ways without any reason for their separation. Currently, he is unmarried neither has a wife.
