Who is Colleen Coyle?

Colleen Coyle is an American meteorologist and news reporter known for working at WFAA-TV. As a meteorologist, she covers news from a sunny day to thunderstorms and tornadoes.

Collen was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She belongs to white ethnicity and holds an American national. Coyle is the daughter of an architect. She celebrates her birthday on January 7. Further, Coyle grew up playing guitar and violin along with her father. 

Coyle was always influenced by severe weather conditions. She always wanted to be in the rain. Additionally, photography was her secondary passion. If not a weather woman, she would have surely pursued a career in photography.

As of now, she works for the WFAA/Channel 8, tracking weather records for the North Texas 24/7. Previously, she was based in Palm Springs, California. She was a morning meteorologist at the KPSP Local 2. Also, Colleen worked in Georgia for an ample period with WSB-TV.

Colleen is married to Mike Rogers, whom she met during her college days. She had a fairy tale proposal where Mike took her to on a hike to Fredericksburg and presented her a Shutterfly book.

Each page on the book flashed back her college days. He finally surprised her with a hidden ring on it. She accepted the proposal and tied the knot on January 17, 2015. 

The couple moreover, adopted a baby. Her decision on child fostering was supported by her parents, friends, and colleagues.

Apart, Meteorologist Colleen was out of the screen for six months. She even came out in her Facebook profile about her child; she claimed that, 

"Words can’t even describe this journey. It has been a wild ride the past several months.”

Coyle came out about the announcement on January 17, which also happened to be their fourth wedding anniversary.
