Dan Harris is an award-winning American journalist who works as an anchor for the ABC News morning and late-night program Good Morning American and Nightline. Dan is also well identified as the co-founder of meditation podcast application 10% Happier.

Daniel B. Harris was born on July 26, 1971, in Newton, Massachusetts, USA. Dan is the son of Nancy Lee Harris (mother) and Jay R. Harris (father). He has a younger brother named Matthew Carmichael Harris.

Regarding education, Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in Art from Colby College located in Waterville, Maine.
