RHOA star was born on February 19, 1967, in Decatur, Alabama, and her full name is Cynthia Denise Bailey. Bailey kicked off her journey to fame as a model and later transitioned into an actress. Her earliest credits include Without You I'm Nothing, The Cosby Show, and The Five Heartbeats.

Cynthia Bailey is no longer married. Moreover, Bailey had her mind set on not returning to the Bravo show when she moved to Los Angeles with her ex-husband Mike Hill.

Cynthia Bailey Married Mike Hill After A Year Of Courtship!

Mike's arrival seemingly changed Bailey's aversion to nuptials. Furthermore, the actress said that she would definitely say yes if he proposes. Hill got down on knees at the opening of Bailey's wine business in Atlanta, in July 2019. 

The couple's engagement bliss was blighted by infidelity rumors way before they walked down the aisle in 2020.

Although Cynthia's sportscaster ex-husband had cheated on his previous two wives. The RHOA fame asserted that the rumor was just a bump, and the pair got hitched in a lavish ceremony, on October 10, 2020. 

In her latest interview, the actress exuded a positive outlook on love and life. Bailey continued citing that she is always on a quest to find peace and love.  

The Truth About Cynthia Bailey's First Marriage!  

Bailey was married to restaurateur Peter Thomas for seven years, from 2010 to 2017. Although a relatively long time in an industry infested with whirlwind nuptials, Bailey and Thomas's marriage wasn't a bed of roses. The pair had known each other for fifteen years before they delved into a conjugal life.  

Bailey's marriage with the restaurateur was the couple managing their mini-empire, often dodging cheating rumors, and parenting their six kids- Cynthia's one daughter with an ex-partner, and Thomas's five kids whom he shared with four different women. 

In their memoir, Carry-On Baggage: Our Nonstop Flight, the couple detailed the struggle that comes with being in a big blended family. As described in the book and shown in the Bravo show, the couple often squabbled about missing out on their marital bliss. Bailey filed for divorce from Thomas in 2016 and it was finalized a year later.   

Expressing his shock at the RHOA star's decision to divorce, Thomas said that he was blind-sighted by the move. The restaurateur also blamed the failure of their marriage on the Bravo show. Thomas said that showcasing their matters on the show for public consumption took a toll on their relationship.  

But after all said the done, the long-estranged spouses still share an amicable bond. The former model recently shared that her ex-husband reached out to her amid her split from Hills. Bailey says how hearing encouraging words from her ex-husband lifted her spirit.  

Inside Cynthia Bailey's Dating History!   

Bailey delved into marriage much later in life, but the actress's dating and motherhood journey started pretty early. Bailey dated a few famous faces back in her heydey. Cynthia was an aspiring model/actress when she dated German actor Boris Kodjoe in the 90s.   

Bailey has no qualms admitting that she two-timed Kodjoe by dating NBA player Jayson Williams. The RHOA fame revealed that she was even briefly engaged to Williams. She briefly dated actor Leon Robinson, but the fast-paced romance led to the birth of their daughter, Noelle, born in November 1999.  

Bailey was thriving in her modeling career when she dated entrepreneur Russel Simmons. Bailey allegedly turned down Simmons many times before she agreed to date him. The pair's relationship ended after Simmons proposed to Bailey, who straight up turned him down.
