Elon Musk & Grimes are 'Semi-Separated' after three years of dating & a Baby

The Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk and Canadian singer Claire "Grimes" Boucher have ended their relationship after dating for three years. Elon told Page Six that he and the singer are semi-separated.

Though the former couple is separated, they remain on good terms and continue to raise their 1-year-old son X Æ A-12 Musk together.

He even said that they are semi-separate but still love each other. They even see each other frequently and are on excellent terms.

According to Musk, the reason for their separation can be his work. Since his appointment at SpaceX and Tesla requires him to be primarily in Texas or traveling overseas, her ex-beau is mainly in LA. She is now staying with him and Baby X in an adjacent room.

Elon and Grimes started dating in May 2018, and they welcomed their son in May 2020 after two years of relationship. Both of them were last seen together at the Met Gala earlier this month, when Grimes, 33, walked the red carpet alone, and Musk, 50, attended the event later and joined her inside.

Meanwhile, Grimes is busy filming the new Fox show "Alter Ego," where she appears as a judge. She even revealed that welcoming her baby with him has opened her to a whole new world of creativity. While getting ready for the Met Gala, she told Vogue that she thought having a baby was a big kind of rebirth for her.

Before Musk met Grimes, he had married thrice. He was previously married to author Justine Wilson, with whom he has five sons: twins Griffin and Xavier, 17, and triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai, who are 15 years old.

He then got married to Westworld actress Talulah Riley twice. They first married in 2010, but after two years, they divorced. Then, a year later, they reconciled and remarried in 2013, and again they divorced in 2016. The billionaire has also dated Amber Heard for a year.
