Emily Blunt is a British-American actress who made her acting debut by playing the role of Gwen in Peter Hall's production The Royal Family in November 2011. Emily Olivia Leah Blunt was born on 23 February 1983 in Wandsworth, London, England. She is the second of four kids of parents, Oliver, a barrister, and Joanna who is a former actress and teacher. Her three siblings are Sebastian, Felicity, and Susannah. Her grandfather is Peter Blunt, a major general while her paternal uncle Crispin Blunt is a conservative Member of Parliament for Reigate.
