Ezra Sosa

Ezra Jochen Sosa was born on November 15, 2000, in Provo, Utah, USA, to immigrant parents from Argentina and Mexico. He grew up in a bilingual household where dance was central to family life. Starting dance training at two years old, he showed early promise, winning the Brigham Young University (BYU) three-time national Pre-Teen Latin Championship. His training was under world-class coaches like Shirley Ballas and Goran Nordin, focusing on Latin and ballroom dance styles. 

Love Life and Relationships 

Ezra hasn't publicly made many in-depth declarations regarding his love life. The most significant one is with his former partner in DWTS, Anna Delvey; that was professional, but speculation about personal ties did exist. They are not in contact anymore, though, by the end of 2025. As for Jordan Chiles, Ezra keeps the relationship with her strictly professional and friendly. Ezra focuses on his career and family support.  

Dance Career 

Ezra's professional journey began with Latin competitive dancing, a foundation that would lead into musical theater and everything from background dancing in videos to TV shows. Ezra joined DWTS in 2021 on season 30 as a member of the troupe-performing group dances and substituting for pros when the need arose. 

He finally made his pro debut with Anna Delvey during season 32 and danced with Charity Lawson during season 33. His big break came in 2025 when he was paired with Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles on season 34. He is known on DWTS for bringing charisma to every performance and his creative choreography, fast acquiring a strong fan base. 

Dancing with the Stars Milestones 

Season 30: Joined as a troupe member; Season 32: Pro debut with Anna Delvey; Season 33: Temporary partner with Charity Lawson; Season 34: Paired with Jordan Chiles, received great reviews but did catch some fan criticisms, which he handled well.
