There was a time when comedian Nick Cannon was more profoundly known for his work. Cannon's hosting stints in The Nick Cannon Show, Wild 'n Out, America's Got Talent, Lip Sync Battle, and The Masked Singer made him a household figure. 

But Cannon's personal life and lifestyle have overshadowed his career for many years. His choices have turned Cannon into a controversial and disputed celebrity. The television host has been married only once but has fathered twelve children with multiple women.

Nick Cannon is now famously and infamously known for his unconventional approach to relationships and family. Loosely speaking, Cannon is an ardent supporter of polygamous relationships. While many ridiculed the comedian's way of life, some have applauded Nick for his blunt honesty.   

Although Cannon's love life now consists of multiple women, the Wild 'n Out host once believed in monogamy. In fact, Cannon's dating history includes a slew of high-profile names, starting with the stunning Nicole Scherzinger, with whom he was linked in the 90s.  

The television host dated his Love Don't Cost a Thing co-star, Christina Milian, for two years, from 2003 to 2005. The Nick Cannon Show host briefly romanced Kim Kardashian in 2006 and got his heart broken by the socialite.   

Nick Cannon's Journey As a Married Man!

Nick Cannon found love again with Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks. During their fleeting romance of five months, the pair even got engaged. But things between Selita and Nick fizzled out, and they later called off their wedding.

Nick's legacy of spawning a big family started with his kids Moroccan and Monroe, who he welcomed with Mariah Carey. Furthermore, Mariah is the only woman Cannon has ever walked down the aisle with.  

Cannon and Mariah were married for nearly six years, from 2008 to 2016. Cannon's failed marriage with Carey seemingly flipped a switch in him as the Drumline actor started indulging in polygamy.   

Cannon is in a polymerous relationship with many women! 

While sharing his views on traditional relationships, the host called the institution a "Eurocentric concept." One that thrives on the idea of the ownership of your other half. 

"I've never subscribed to that mentality," Cannon explained.  

Nick started dating model Brittany Bell in 2015. Bell is one of Cannon's many girlfriends and baby mamas since the comedian gave into the unorthodox lifestyle.

Although it's hard to keep track of Cannon's list of girlfriends now, the birth of his kids suggests that Nick is simultaneously dating Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Alyssa Scott, Bre Tiesi, and LaNisha Cole. 

Nick Cannon's Kids: 12 and Counting!  

Contrary to the widespread assumption that Nick Cannon's large brood is anything but the result of his reckless behavior. 

The Wild 'n Out host has time and again assured that his kids aren't accidents. The comedian's oldest kids, fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe, were born in April 2011.  

The Masked Singer host welcomed his third kid, Golden Sagon, with Brittany, in February 2017. Cannon comes off as a doting father as the comedian celebrates every little milestone of his kids despite having a big brood. 

Nick also welcomed his daughter, Powerful Queen Cannon, with Brittany, Queen, born in December 2020. Bell and her partner later gave birth to Rise Messiah in September 2022.  

Cannon's dynamic, yet one-of-a-kind, family also includes DJ Abby De La Rosa. Nick and Abby gave birth to his twin boys, Zion and Zillion, in June 2021.

Nick Faced a Tragic Loss In 2021

Just days later the birth of his twins, Cannon celebrated the arrival of his seventh kid, son Zen. Nick and the model Alyssa Scott welcomed his seventh child.   

Unfortunately, Zen died of brain cancer after five months.

"Losing a child has to be the heaviest, most dark and depressive experience that I will never get over," the comedian Nick Cannon wrote at the first death anniversary of his son.

Cannon Welcomed More Kids in 2022

Nick Cannon and Tiesi welcomed daughter Legendary Love, Nick's eighth overall, in January 2021. The comedian and his partner even documented the natural birth of their daughter in a video. 

Nick shares his ninth baby, daughter Onyx Ice Cole Cannon, with model LaNashia Cole. The Masked Singer host welcomed his eleventh born, third with De La Rosa, daughter Zeppelin Cannon, in November 2022. 

Nick's latest daughter Halo, was born in November 2022 with model Scott. There isn't much known about Nick's toddlers, but fans can tell that the host loves them all equally.  

Many have been and are curious about the comedian's relationship and dynamics with his many partners, and to that, Cannon asserts that it is all cool. 

"Every woman in my life that I deal with or [have] dealt with, they know how I feel," says the actor.

After twelve kids, minus one, Cannon says he isn't planning to stop. Instead, the Wild 'n Out host reasons that it is not up to him when to stop. "Gods decides when we're done," says Nick, who has gone to lengths to spend time with his large brood.  

The comedian even has a nursery in his office building and works twice as hard as any star to provide for his blended family. The actor allegedly rakes a whopping $100 million a year. 

"When you think about my lifestyle, I have to generate at least $100 million a year," Nick explains.
