Inside Danielle Jonas and Kevin Jonas's conjugal life: Complete story here!
Danielle Jonas gave fans an insight into her marriage with singer Kevin Jonas. An actress, reality television star, and businesswoman, Danielle let her vulnerable self out as she explained her plight of being married to an A-list star, and moreover, being consistently associated with and compared to her more famous sisters-in-law, Priyanka Chopra, and Sophie Turner.
Born Danielle Deleasa on September 18, 1986, in Denville, New Jersey, she is best known for being married to the Jonas Brothers singer. She first came into the limelight after starring in Married to Jonas, which explored her marital life with Kevin, and her tumultuous relationship with Kevin's mother, Denise Jonas.
Inside Danielle and Kevin Jonas's Decade-long Marriage!
Before rising to her celebrity status as the wife of a Jonas Brother singer, Danielle used to work as a hairdresser with Ryan Rodgers Redken Ambassador. Given that Kevin was the first celebrity she dated, Danielle's dating profile before the singer is pretty much empty.
The duo met while on a family vacation in the Bahamas in May 2007. Kevin was instantly hooked on Danielle and doesn't flinch admitting to cyber-stalking his future wife. "I cyberstalked her after we met and cyberstalked to see what flight she was going to be on coming home," said the oldest Jonas brother.
The pair started dating eventually and after two years of dating bliss, Kevin made up his mind after a show with his brothers in Vancouver, Canada. The Jonas Brothers singer took an overnight flight to Danielle's native and proposed to her with a cushion-cut diamond ring.
Kevin's brothers, Nick and Joe showed as much excitement as they tweeted to celebrate the duo's engagement and welcomed Danielle into their family. The smitten couple walked down the aisle on December 19, 2009, at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York. The newly married kept their marriage relatively accessible to their fans as they shared their family plans, and starred in Married to Jonas.
The couple's first reality series, Married to Jonas, premiered on E! in August 2012, and it ran for two seasons. The show followed Danielle and Kevin as they start settling down in their new suburban home in New Jersey. The first season shows Dani trying to connect with her in-laws and navigating some bumps.
Danielle gets candid about feeling less than her two famous sisters-in-law!
The second season explores the duo's life as they gear up to become parents and the former hairdresser carving a new career as an entrepreneur. The twosome has since welcomed two kids and has kept their journey as candid as they can. Dani and Kevin have surely encountered marital woes over the years, but the longest-married Jonas couple believes in sharing only the bright side.
The duo, alongside Kevin's brothers, Nick and Joe's wives, Priyanka, and Turner, starred in the Jonas Brothers' return music video, Sucker, in March 2019. The band's first single after six years debuted at number one on the Billboard 100 and even won the trio a Grammy nomination.
Dani and Kevin continue to show why they are the ultimate couple goals. A decade after their wedding, the Camp Rock actor got a tattoo of his wife, and proudly flaunted it to his millions of followers. "So proud of this time in our life and getting to remember this with @daniellejonas forever," Kevin wrote under a snippet of the tattoo.
Danielle and Kevin Jonas are Parents to Two!
Danielle and Kevin love being parents to their two daughters, Alena Rose, 9, and Valentina Angelina, 6. And their social media pages, which seem like an account dedicated to their family, are enough proof. The Jonas couple welcomed their first daughter, Alena, in February 2014.
The Jonas Brothers getting disbanded a few months before Alena's birth actually helped Kevin to re-prioritize his life. The doting father often posts his oldest daughter on his Instagram and shares sweet anecdotes of Alena and her younger sister, Valentia, born in October 2016.
While dishing on his fatherhood journey, the Camp Rock alum revealed that he is definitely a girl dad. Kevin explains how he had very little insight into a girl's life as he grew up with four boys. "So I'm getting to relearn what young women want in their life from an early age," Kevin said.
The Jonas couple recently came into the spotlight after they claimed that they feel less than the two Jonas Brothers singers, and their wives. "The two boys married somebody who, they’re actresses, they’re out there, everyone knows them. And I feel like I'm Danielle, and it's hard," Dani said.
Dani's husband, Kevin, 35, was quick to jump on board to console his wife. The Sucker crooner said, "I feel the same way with Nick and Joe, right? Like solo careers, movies, and all this stuff. It's like everyone has to find their place." Several fans have since reproached the duo's complex, while a set has reckoned the fact that they are only human.
