Jimmi Simpson

Jimmi Simpson, also known as James Raymond Simpson is an American actor. He was born on 21st November 1975 and is 47 years as of 2023. 

He was born in Hackettstown, New Jersey, United States. Jimmi is known for starring in television series such as, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Late Show with David Letterman, Psych, Breakout Kings, House of Cards, Hap and Leonard, Westworld, Black Mirror, and Unsolved.

Jimmi's Education

James enrolled at Hackettstown High School, a high school in his hometown in New Jersey. The present actor attended his first acting classes. After High School, Simpson attended Bloomsburg University where he graduated with a BA in theater.

Melanie Lynskey and Jimmi first met while working on the mini-series, Rose Red in 2001. They got married in 2007 and separated in the year 2012 after Lynskey filed for a divorce, thus ending their 5 years of togetherness. 

After the separation, Jimmi found English actress and comedian Sophia Del Pizzo. They acted together in Asya Nikolaeva 2020 short film Symphony, a 2019 episode of Epix Perpetual Grace, LTD, and a 2019 episode of Hulu's Into the Dark. Jimmi and Sophia eloped at an LA courthouse in April 2019 and had their nuptials at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica.

Career

Jimmi jumpstarted his career with a role in the teen comedy 2000 movie, Loser along with another role in the TV series, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
