Joker is becoming a father for the first time!
Joaquin Phoenix is reportedly expecting his first child with his fiance Rooney Mara. The news was reported by multiple outlets after paparazzi spotted Rooney in Los Angeles delivering flowers to her sister Kate Mara.
As per some inside sources,
"Rooney is about six months along. Joaquin is great and has been accompanying her to appointments."

Both of them never had any children and this will be the first time for the duo as reported by Page Six. In the midst of Pandemic, Ashlee Simpson and Becky Lynch are also other celebrities expecting a new member of their family.
When paparazzi Spotted Rooney, she was wearing baggy clothes to cover her baby bump, reportedly. As of now, neither Joaquin nor Mara have any desire to comment on the pregnancy.

The duo first met on the set of the movie Her but started dating only after they reunited again in the movie Mary Magdalene. They surely fell for each other the first time but were just too shy to express it then.

"She's the only girl I ever looked up on the internet. We were just friends, email friends. I'd never done that. Never looked up a girl online."
Joker actor, furthermore, said that he was convinced that Rooney first despised him but gradually realized that the actress is also interested in him. They moved to a home in the Hollywood Hills.
In July 2019, the duo got engaged but is still yet to get married. Both of them have been never married before and is the first time becoming parents together as well.
