Similarly, in 2023 Knievel took legal action against Disney and Pixar. He claimed the unauthorized use of his father's likeness in "Toy Story 4." 

Additionally, his company, K&K Promotions, filed a lawsuit against the National Motorcycle Museum. In the lawsuit, Kelly had alleged trademark infringement and unjust enrichment related to the display and sale of Evel Knievel memorabilia.
