Kirill Käro, aka Kirill Valerievich Käro, was born on 24 February 1975 in Tallinn, Estonia. He was born to Valery Käro and his wife.

Regarding his education, Käro went to Lasnamäe secondary school. In 1992, he graduated from there and attended the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in Moscow, Russia. He did a five years acting course and graduated in 1997. 

Following his graduation, Kirill got to work under Armen Dzhigarkhanyan at the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute.
