Lauren Glassberg

Lauren Glassberg is an American news reporter. It is presently working as a features reporter and substitute co-anchor for WABC-TV's editions of Eyewitness News in New York City.

It has always been Lauren's aspiration to forecast news from her very own hometown of New York City. She accomplished her wish after joining WABC-TV as well as a lifestyle reporter. Furthermore, she is one of those Emmy-award-winning journalists.

Lauran was born on June 2, 1970. She was brought up and raised in New York City, United States. She is the oldest child of her parents, Kenneth Glassberg and Michelle Glassberg. She has two other siblings Andrew Glassberg and Lawrence Copper Glassberg. As of now, Lauren lives in Manhattan.

As a school student, she went to Spence school 22 east, New York City streets. After completing high school, she went to Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. From there, she received her bachelor's degree.

After her convocation at Medill school, she got her first television job in Akron, Ohio. Later, she covered the Whitewater scandal and hosted Saturday morning news at Little Rock, Arkansas.

Glassberg rarely reports the mainstream news during her fill-in anchorages, alongside anchors Joe Torres and Bill Ritter, respectively.

She also anchored KARE11 Today, morning news on the NBC affiliate in Minneapolis. Glassberg also anchored and reported in Little Rock at KATV.

At ABC, she serves as a strange and thrilling neighborhood reporter. She has a Friday food segment, "Neighbourhood Eats," at WABC-TV. In this session, she goes to various restaurants and cafes to enjoy several cuisines and gives praise and the suggestion to the restaurant. 

In Ohio, she was a reporter and anchor for an independent station. She hosted Good Day Minneapolis, now part of FOX affiliation. 

She grew up watching Eyewitness News in New York City towards the Bill Beutel and Roz Abrams era.

Despite her professional career, she loves to keep her personal life on a low-key note. However, she has posted a photo on Instagram with her son Beau Hudson. Her son was born in November 2013. She frequently shows her love towards her little kid through her social media.
