Who is Linda Ruth Williams? 

Linda Ruth Williams is an English professor of Film Studies at the University of Exeter, based in United Kingdom. She is widely known for her speciality in teaching censorship sexuality in literature and cinema. Moreover, she has also written pornography which also includes a book kin psychoanalytic theory and D.H. Lawrence.

Williams was born on 16th April 1961 in the United Kingdom, where another English director James Haggar was also born. Born to her English parents, she is of White ethnicity and holds British nationality. There is no further information about her family background and siblings.

Additionally, she is a reguloar contributor to the British Film Institute's Sight and Sound Magazine, and in radio programms which includes Woman's Hour. Linda's another book titled Contemporary American Cinema  was published in 2006. The book was co-edited with Dr Michael Hammond from Southampton.
