Madchen Amick is an American actress who is widely recognized for her role as Shelly Johnson on the American Horror mystery television series, Twin Peaks. Her works include Witches of East End, Sleepwalkers, Dream Lover, Freddie, Central Park West, The List, Bombshell, and many more. 

Fifty years old, actress, Amick was born on 12th December 1970 in Sparks, Nevada, United States. Her father, Bill Amick is an American musician while her mother, Judy Amick is a medical office manager. Having a musical family background she used to play piano, violin, guitar, and bass in her early years. But later she moved to Los Angeles at the age of sixteen to pursue her career in acting.
