After being together for seven years, the couple walked down the aisle on December 10, 2016, in a private rustic ceremony. Their big day took place in Santa Barbara, California among their loved ones. Troian's co-stars, Sasha Pieterse, Lucy Hale, and Marlene King also attended their function.
The bride wore the bohemian design's white dress with an illusion-sleeved top by Cortana. Whereas the groom donned Ralph Lauren's brown checked three-piece suit. Before their nuptials, the couple became engaged in February 2014 on Valentine's Day special.
Patrick and Troian first met one another during the shooting of the film, Equivocation, where they were opposite cast.

During the four years of matrimony, the wife and husband are blessed with one little child. In August 2018, the sources revealed that the couple is expecting their first child together.
