Richard Gere, the 70-year-old popular American actor, and the director is finally a father of three. He and his third partner, Alejandra Silva, have reportedly welcomed their second child, a baby boy together amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
People announced this good news on 24 April 2020. However, the couple who started dating in 2014 has not disclosed the name of the newly born infant. The actor and Spanish publicist Pretty Woman also announced Silva's pregnancy in November 2019.

Gere and his wife Silva, 37, gave birth to Alexander Gere in February 2019, before welcoming their second child. In September 2018 they revealed they had their first child together by sharing a picture of the Dalai Lama putting his hand on her baby bump.
Independent Spirit Robert Altman Award's winner and a political activist tied the knot after four years of dating in April 2018. Speaking of their 20-year age gap, the two stills shares a very happy married life for over a decade.

Previously Richard was married to a supermodel, and actress, Cindy Crawford, 54, from 1991 to 1995. He was remarried to actress and former model, Carey Lowell (59 years old) in November 2002. From their marriage, they have a son named Homer James Jigme Gere, born in February 2000.

However, Gere and Carey were divorced in September 2016, after 14 years of unity. On the other side, Alejandra and ex-husband Govind Friedland share a son named Albert Friedland.
