An American actress, Sherri Saum, is best known for her role as Lena Adams Foster in the Freeform drama series The Fosters. Locke & Key, a supernatural horror TV drama starring Sherri Saum is set to be released on February 7, 2020. 

Sherri was born on October 1, 1974, in Dayton, Ohio. She has German ancestry to her mother, Lois Saum's side, and African-American to her father's. As a kid, she attended Oakview Elementary School in Kettering, Ohio. 

Later, Sherrie joined Fairmont High School, where she was discovered by modeling agents. During her high school years, Sherrie kept herself busy by modeling in summer breaks. Sherrie then moved to New York to pursue a full-time modeling career, which was a turning point in her life.

Wedding & Celebrations; Husband - Kamar De Los Reyes

One Life to Live star Kamar de los Reyes was Sherrie's long-time boyfriend. Sherrie and Kamar exchanged wedding vows on May 26, 2007. Before their marriage, Sherrie and Kamar were known for their onscreen romance.

Sherrie and Kamar's wedding venue was held in New York City. The ceremony had a Spanish theme with only a few family and intimate friends. Following the wedding reception, the couple flew to Virgin Island of St. John to spend their honeymoon. Since then, Sherrie and Kamar have been each other's knights in shining armor.

Kamar is best known for his roles in ABC soap opera, Call of Duty: Black Ops II (2012), and The Passage (2019).

Sherrie and Kamar are blessed with Two Kids

On December 3, 2013, Sherri and Kamar announced that they were expecting twin babies. Sherri gave birth to twin boys John Ruben de los Reyes and Michael Luis de los Reyes on May 13, 2014. Sherrie and Kamar were so overjoyed with at the boys birth that they shared their cute pictures with the public.

In one of her interview with People magazine, she stated;

I love how they look at me. I feel like they trust me, and in turn I feel like these little dudes are going to always have my back.

She and Kamar named the first boy John because it means gracious. When John was delivered, he was so quiet with a little cry. Likewise, the couple named Michael because they felt the name was masculine, and Michael looked the same after he was born.

Although raising kids was a new thing for Sherrie, it wasn't a new thing for Kamar. Kamar has a 20-year-old son Caylen de los Reyes from his previous relationship

Sherri's upcoming series Locke & Key is based on the horror fantasy comic book series of the same name written by Joe Hill. The movie tells the story of three siblings whose father is murdered. After their father's death, the three kids move to their ancestral home, where they find keys with magic.

Besides Sherri, Lock & Key's main casts include; Jackson Robert Scott, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Griffin Gluck, Darby Stanchfield, Laysla De Oliveira, Petrice Jones, and Thomas Mitchell Barnett. The movie is made up of 10 episodes in total.
