Everything to Know About Trace Adkins' Personal Life: His Three Failed Marriages and Blissful Conjugal Life with Fourth Wife

Inside Trace Adkins' four marriages: The country crooner is a father of four!  

Best known for his successful music and television career, Trace Adkins is a renowned country singer. Adkins' decades-spanning discography includes some of the most memorable country songs like Ladies Love Country Boys, You're Gonna Miss This, and I Left Something Turned On at Home. 

Born on January 13, 1962, in Sarepta, Louisiana, Adkins shot to fame with his debut album, Dreamin' Out Loud. Although an eminent name in the business, Trace's personal life is a far cry from that of an ideal country superstar. Unlike his generally harmonious peers, Adkins is distinctively known for his ruckus-filled personal life.  

Trace Adkins' Three Failed Marriages!  

In his 61 years and counting years on Earth, Trace has been through a lot. The singer allegedly survived near-fatal accidents, and gunshots, and was also struck by lightning. Adkin's multiple failed marriages were also adversaries that he overcame. The country crooner has been married four times.  

Adkins' current marriage with Victoria Pratt is pretty new, hence assuming that the duo will last a lifetime would not only be short-sighted but in disregard of his history. The singer has experienced different kinds of marriages; the young love nuptials, amidst soaring fame nuptials, and the one that first gave the impression of forever, but turned out not.  

Trace married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Lewis, in 1982. He shares his two oldest daughters with Lewis. Because their marriage started and ended before Trace's rise to fame, not much is known about the duo's relationship. Adkins married his second wife, Julie Curtis, in 1991, but the marriage only lasted for three years.  

Again, not much is known about what unfolded between the two but Adkins' avid fans are well aware of the scary incident that ended their marriage. The country singer revealed that he and Curtis got into a heated argument, which ended in his ex-wife shooting him in the chest. Trace took the high road and called it quit with Julie, instead of pressing charges.   

The Grammy-nominated singer married his third wife, Rhonda Forlaw, the same year he settled his split from Curtis. Forlaw was the woman who lent unconditional love and support to Trace, as he navigated his career. The couple was together for eighteen years, during which they welcomed three daughters.   

Dive Into Trace Adkins' Fourth Marriage!  

The third time wasn't the charm so, Trace delved into his fourth. The Rest of Mine hitmaker said I do for the fourth time in October 2019. His fourth wife, Canadian actress Victoria Pratt, is almost ten younger than him; a relatively insignificant gap in Hollywood standards.   

The pair have been sailing smoothly and more importantly, quietly, but since the nuptial is pretty new, only time will tell if it's meant to last or fizzle out. Trace and Pratt's intimate wedding was famously officiated by country star, Blake Shelton.  

The now-spouses crossed paths on the sets of The Virginian, in 2014, just a year before Trace called it quits with his longtime wife, Forlaw. There were no rumors of any funny, or precisely, illicit business and neither are we posing any what-ifs, but the timeline does suggest crossovers.    

Adkins and Pratt's wedding was officiated by Blake Shelton! 

Trace and Victoria dated until their nuptial in 2019. The Hot Mama crooner has gushed about Pratt a number of times. "I can't even begin to explain what a difference she's made in my life," Adkins said in his interview with People. He added, "She inspired me to take whatever time I have left and make the most of it."  

Victoria, 52, is best known for her roles in Xena: Warrior Princess, Once a Thief, Legacy, and Day Break. Pratt previously worked as a fitness model and pursued kinesiology at York University. The Canadian actress was married to her first husband, director T. J. Scott, from 2000 to 2016.  

Trace Adkins' All-Girls Brood!  

The 61-year-old singer-turned-actor is a doting father of five girls. You will rarely find Adkins expressing his love for his kids, as the singer admits it himself that he is not the most vocal, or expressive father in the world. But regardless of the singer's tough love language, he assures that he loves his family very much.  

Trace welcomed his two oldest daughters, Tarah Adkins and Sarah Adkins, with his first wife, Barbara. Married to David Webber with three children, Tarah is a diligent homemaker. Looking at her social media pages, she sure shares a close bond with her younger sister, Sarah, who is a mother herself.  

Sarah has innate skills in music and even provided background vocals for one of her dad's songs, but has no plan to venture into the business. Adkins and his third ex-wife, Forlaw, share three daughters, Mackenzie, Brianna, and Trinity Adkins. 

Mackenzie, a 1998-born beauty, is working at the Rhonda & Company talent agency. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2020. Adkins and Forlaw's secondborn, Brianna, born in 2001, is a Nashville-based model. Brianna made a cameo in Trace's Ladies Love Country Boys mv, in 2009.  

The estranged couple, who remain amicable to this day, welcomed their youngest, Trinity, in 2004. The youngest of the brood also happens to be the most reclusive and disassociated from the spotlight.
