American golfer, Troy Mullins competes in the World Long Drive Association's competitions. She rose to fame after winning her first World Long Drive Tour event at the Mile High Showdown.

Mullins won the Espy Award's class of 2018 award and Woman of Xcellence Award by BMW's Diversity initiative. Recently, she reached the quarterfinals of the Tennessee Big Shots event on 12th August 2019.

The golfer was Troy Cherie Mullins born on March 28, 1987, in Los Angeles, California, United States. She is the daughter of Billy Mullins, a former world-class sprinter, and his wife. Troy holds an American nationality and belongs to African-American ethnicity.

Mullins graduated with a B.A. in China Asia Pacific Studies and International Relations from Cornell University. Later, she enrolled at Beijing's Peking University, where she competed in the high jump, javelin, and 100-meter hurdle race.

World Long Drive

Troy Mullins' career began when she first qualified for Volvik World Long Drive Championship in 2012. However, she suffered from a hamstring injury that stopped her from participating in the championship.

After five years, Mullins competed in a World Long Drive Tour event held at the Mile High Showdown in Colorado on 25th July 2017, where she became the winner of the competition. Later, she participated in the Clash in the Canyon event and reached the semifinals on 24th April 2018. 

Similarly, she also competed in many activities, including Atlantic City Boardwalk Bash, ROC City Rumble, etc.
