Bet you haven't heard the name in a while. Kiely Williams once boasted stunning star power as a founder and singer of the early-aughts famed girl group, the Cheetah Girls. Williams first co-founded the girl group, 3LW, with Adrienne Bailon, and Naturi Naughton. But when the venture ended with a big explosive breakup with Naughton, Kiely and Bailon gave it another shot with The Cheetah Girls.
Williams' career reached new heights with The Cheetah Girls and at some point, she even branched it into acting, starring in the three-film Disney franchise, The Cheetah Girls. Kiely's magnificence has since long shrunk and in recent years, the singer-turned-actress has dabbled in some reality shows.
Is Kiely Williams Married?
The Cheetah Girls fame's personal life is not only thriving but still blooming. Williams is happily married to Brandon Cox, her former longtime boyfriend, and not, the father of her two babies. Much of Williams and Cox's early love saga is a tightly wrapped story, but does it even matter now that the singer and her husband are happier than ever.
The Disney alum often shares loved-up posts of herself and Brandon on Instagram, and if one were to measure their conjugal life from what's provided on the social media posts, then, Kiely and Brandon, who is an artist and musician, are continuing to demonstrate a pretty successful marriage.
"With you, I am whole, I am understood, and I'm complete," Kiely wrote on a post to commemorate their 7th anniversary. Williams married Brandon in an impromptu ceremony in 2016 and announced their nuptial the next day. "Guest what we did last night?" Kiely captioned alongside a celebratory post of their no-less-beautiful wedding.
A few more glittering posts of the couple's wedding gave more insights into their big day, including Kiely and Brandon's first dance. Williams's fellow groupmate, Sabrina Bryan, who took the honor of being one of the bridesmaids, shared several clips of the ceremony.
Kiely's surprise nuptial with Cox came one month after her fellow Cheetah Girl, Adrienne, tied the knot with Israel Houghton. Considering Kiely's strained relationship with Adrienne and Naturi, the duo's absence at her wedding wasn't much of a surprise.
Kiely Williams Announced the Birth of Baby No. 2!
Kiely is now a doting mother of two. The singer-turned-actress recently announced the birth of her baby number 2 on Instagram. Debuting her infant on the platform, the former Cheetah Girls singer revealed her name. "Archer," Kiely wrote.
The actress's comment section was instantly filled with love and congratulatory message, with fans and fellow celebs chiming in to wish the pair on their new milestone. "There she is," gorgeous Archer. Love you so much baby girl," Williams's friend and former groupmate, Sabrina, commented.
Williams and Cox had delved into parenthood a year after their wedding in 2018. "I'll never be someone that hurts you. I'll never be someone that deserts you. We have a bond no one is breaking. #cheetahlove," Kiely had written at the time of their firstborn, Rowan's arrival.
The then-first-time mother's happiness knew no bound as she incessantly gushed about her kid. "You bring so much happiness into all of our lives with the incredible light that beams out of your little body," the doting mother wrote on a heartfelt caption.
Who has Kiely Williams Dated in the Past?
Williams has had certainly share of fun in the industry, but the Disney alum knows how it keep it under the radar. Not much is known about the 3LW alum's relationship history and romantic encounters as she has always been careful not to unveil too much.
During her early years as an up-and-coming singer, Williams briefly romanced rapper Tyga, whose dating history now includes names like Kylie Jenner, and Avril Lavigne. The Cheetah Girls fame and the rapper were reportedly in a relationship from 2007 to 2008.
Though there is little to no evidence to be prove the long-gone rumors, Kiely was linked with stars like Jarell Houston, Raz B, and Shad Moss at different points in her career. Earlier last year, the singer recalled a wild phase of her life when she "hooked up" with three members of R&B boy group, B2K.
"Date is a loose word. I wouldn't give that definition. I think I said entanglement," Kiely confessed to TV host Carlos King. The doting wife and mother further added, "That's totally a one-time thing. Look, everybody gotta be young. Everybody gotta make mistakes."
