Wolfgang Thiem, who was born as Wiener Neustadt in Austria, is a tennis coach. He is also the father of an Austrian professional tennis player, Dominic Thiem.

Thiem coaching career began at Gunter Bresnik's Academy in Vienna in 1997. He has also worked as a trainer and manager of his son Dominic.
