Zibby Allen was born on 29th September 1980, in Los Angeles, California, the USA. Her birth name is Elizabeth Regan Allen, which was given to her at a young age. However, she has not shared any detailed information regarding her parents. She had a late brother who would be turned 43 in Nov. 2021.

Allen attended the American Conservatory Theater in New Plays Program and Young Conservatory. At there, she originated the roles of Rebecca in Time on Fire and Shambhala in Automata Pieta. So far, she holds American citizenship and belongs to the white ethnicity.
