Backstreet Boys singer Aaron Carter announced about becoming a father as his girlfriend is expecting their first child. The singer went on Instagram Live to show a positive pregnancy test of his partner, Melanie Martin.
Baby is on the way for the couple as Carter shared his excitement by further saying he's going to be a busy father for sure. Talking with People Magazine, Aaron said,
"This is what we both want. We both were trying for it. I'm just focused on the future and being a dad. I want to be a good dad. I'm focused, my music career has been doing really well, and touring, having my clothing line out, all that stuff I have going for me that isn't necessarily just music. Family is most important to me".

The pair announced their love for each other via Instagram caption. Not just that, the lovely message about putting your lady first before your selfish needs continued in the following months of posts. The first child for the duo together is the blessing for their sweet love that they have for each other.
While communicating such a sweet love the couple has for each other, they definitely hit a rough patch a little while in their romantic affair. Despite the pair showering their social media with lovely posts of each other and Aaron showing his new face tattoo of Martin's name, all was not well between them.

According to TMZ, Melanie faced charges over a domestic dispute with Carter and was arrested. On March 30, 2020, cops went to Aaron's Lancaster home for domestic violence calls. The couple's verbal spat got physical and Carter had visible marks on his body.
Martin was taken into custody and held on $50,000 bail. As of now, the charges against Melanie are dropped and the duo is happy with the positive pregnancy news.
