The pop and country genre singer William Wendell Gilman III, aka Billy, was born in Westerly, Rhode Island, U.S.A, on May 24, 1988, under the zodiac sign of Gemini. He is the son of Frances Woodmansee Gilman (mother) and William Wendell "Bill" Gilman, Jr (father). Billy has two siblings a younger brother and a younger sister.
