Shelton first Kaynette in high school and that's where the love started. She has moved on from him as she is married to Cody Joe Scheck, who happens to be a rodeo champion.

Miranda and Shelton tied the knot on May 14, 2011, and were together until they ended their marriage on July 20, 2015. They used to be a popular couple since Miranda herself, is a country singer like him. 

Like Kaynette, Miranda has also moved on with her life and is now married to an NYPD Police Officer named, Brendan McLoughlin.

Blake Shelton has sadly lost his brother in a car accident. His older brother, Ritchie Shelton passed away in 1990 at the age of twenty-four. He, was only 14 years old when the tragedy occurred.

The Country Fancast has reported that Shelton's brother Ritchie was with his girlfriend and her son in the car. She was in the driving seat. The accident happened as she crashed into the school bus. The article also mentioned that his girlfriend and her son also failed to survive the crash.

God's Country singer, Shelton has always spoken highly of Ritchie and this tragedy is something he hasn't gotten over to this day. He has also paid tribute to his older brother with a song, Over You. He has worked on this song along with his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert.
