The married pair announced that they were expecting a baby on Today in June 2016. They later welcomed an adorable child, a son, Calvin Bradley Fichera at 11:52 am on 18th December 2016. At the time of birth, their son weighs 8.3 lbs, 3 oz, and 20.5 long.

Miscarriage with Second Child
On 17th July 2019, Brian Fichera and his lovely wife proclaimed that they're expecting their second child in January 2020. Unfortunately, Dylan suffered from a miscarriage in late-2019.

The cause of the miscarriage was the doctor's equivalent that they delayed about twenty minutes, but then two hours later, they finally took in operation. Brian said,
"There was nothing I could do but cry with her and be there with her through all of it. I can't fix these problems."
Fichera and Dreyer showed the ten-month process or pregnancy test. Later, the doctor said that it was all his fault and felt guilty for the incident. Brian also felt like he needed to be intense for his spouse, emotional, and physical moments.
