Among the multiple accounts of charges, she was also accused of identity theft and wire fraud. She was accused for claiming her niece and nephew as her dependents on her taxes while not providing for their care and expenses to increase the amount of tax refund.

Though she was arrested for these charges on October 7, 2021, she was found not guilty by the U.S. district court.

When Brittish Williams came to the Basketball Wives, she was engaged to basketball player Lorenzo Gordon. According to sources, Williams met Gordon in the White Castle parking lot. 

The couple got engaged in May 2014. Moreover, Gordon even proposed to Williams in Season 3, a reunion of Basketball Wives. Ever since the couple has been in an on-and-off relationship.
