Who is Bryan S. Norcross?

Bryan S. Norcross is an American meteorologist who is currently working for WPLG-TV Channel 10, located in Miami Florida. He is also known as the chief meteorologist for WTVJ-TV. Moreover, he also served as the chief analyst of a hurricane for CBS Network.

Bryan Norcross was born on 24th November 1950. Being born to American parents, he holds American nationality and belongs to White ethnicity.

He has not revealed much about his parents and family backgrounds. Concerning his education, Norcross received his bachelor degree in Science. Later on, he achieved his master's degree in communications and meteorology via Florida State University. Additionally, he also received an honors doctorate in Public Service degree via Florida International University.

Norcross began his broadcasting career as a disc jockey on WTAI, in Florida. In the following network, he worked for a year. Later he began working as a television engineer at WFSU-TV.

He then served at AXIA-TV as a technical director and was promoted as acting Production Manager. 

In 1980, after receiving his Master's Degree, Bryan became the first-weekend weathercaster for the channel CNN. Later, he moved to KGO-TV located in San Francisco to anchor science reports and weekend weather. 

Since then he gained huge fame and served for various stations. Currently, he is working as a Hurricane Specialist for The Weather Channel. He has been working there since 2010. Moreover, Norcross also worked as Sr. Executive Director of Weather Content from 2011-2013.
