Caroline Flack

Love Island's presenter Caroline Flack was found dead inside her flat on 15 February 2020. Her family lawyer states her death to be a suicide as she hanged herself. She was a TV and radio presenter who was best known for The X Factor and ITV2 shows. Similar to Flack, Saira Khan is another British TV presenter who is quite famous.

Flack was born on 9 November, 1979 in Enfield, London to Ian Flack (Coca-Cola sales representative) and Christine Flack. She grew up with her twin sister Jodi Flack, Elizabeth Flack and brother Paul Flack. Caroline attended Great Hockham Primary School, Wayland Community High School and later dancing and musical theatre in Bodywork Company at Cambridge. 

Caroline Dated Royalty 

In 2009, Caroline attracted attention after her romantic relationship with British royal family member Prince Harry. From music stars Olly Murs to Harry Styles, Caroline has always talked openly about her romantic affairs. She and Prince Harry met through their mutual friend.

 About her attachments with Prince Harry, she once wrote;

To meet a prince is so unlikely, it would be weird not to acknowledge it. However, once the story got out, that was it. We had to stop seeing each other. I was no longer Caroline Flack, TV presenter, I was Caroline Flack, Prince Harry's bit of rough.

But the romance didn't last long and Caroline separated from Harry. Harry is married to American actress Meghan Markle. The couple shares a son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. 

Love Life with One Direction's Harry Styles

In 2011, 31 years old Caroline began dating British boy-band, One Direction's lead vocalist Harry Styles. Styles was 14 years younger than Caroline at the time. Like her former relationships, this one was also well known to the public. In an interview with Sun magazine, she said;

I already knew that he had a crush on me, he's made it pretty obvious as he's said it in magazines and said it to friends. I've never felt I was much older than Harry. I still feel 18 and I probably act that way half the time.

The pair never took the age gap as the problem because no one in Hollywood made a big fuss about each other's age. But after Harry's fans and the public knew about their disposition, she began receiving hate and hurtful comments online and public. 

When paparazzi captured Styles coming out of Caroline's house, things got worse. People began shouting "pedophile" and "pervert" at her in the streets. Subsequently, Caroline ended her relationship with Styles.

The Aftermath of her Separation with One Direction Singer

After several failed relationships, Caroline fell in love again with British singer Sam Smith's manager Jack Street. The duo was rumored to be dating since 2014. She confirmed the rumor by sharing a picture of herself and Jack. 

The two began living together after dating for nearly eight months. Their relationship turned sour after Jack's affair with Glee's star Dianna Agron was on the media.

Caroline and Jack broke off shortly after and she publicly spoke of her heartbreak. But in 2015, the pair were seen together at Glastonbury which made all think that Caroline had renewed her relationship with Jack. She had posted several posts related to Jack but later deleted them.

Following her break-up with Jack, Carolina again hit the headlines with her new affair. In 2017, Carolina was spotted with a guy named Mike Thalassitis. When Mike passed away in March 2019, Caroline paid tribute to him through her Instagram account. The post included a photo of the two. But none of the affairs turned into a marriage.

Engaged to Andrew Brady

Late Caroline had always talked her hearts out to the public. Her heart was broken several times but she found new hope every time she found love. Caroline therefore again fell for Andrew Brady who is best known for his role in the TV series The Apprentice. They were reported to have met at a party in East London. 

On 28th April 2018, Caroline announced her engagement with Andrew by posting a photo of herself wearing a diamond ring. But like every past tie-in, this one also fell apart. Caroline split off with Andrew after he admitted meeting Celebs Go Dating producers. After that, she briefly dated Danny Cipriani, a rugby player.

Caroline Finally Gave up 

Just six months ago, Caroline had shared her new love partner Lewis Burton to her fans and followers on Instagram. She had posted a selfie with Lewis on August 18, 2019. Lewis is a former professional tennis player. 

As stated by The Sun in early August, the couple met through their mutual friends. The magazine wrote;

Lewis has been a true gent to Caroline and has patiently waited to see her. She has been jetting back and forth between London and Majorca as she juggles her presenting commitments but they have been spending time together when they can. They feel comfortable in each other’s company and it seems to be going in the right direction.

FHM's Sexiest Women Caroline's love with Lewis didn't go in the right direction. Instead, the problems arose from nowhere and slowly pulled them apart. Caroline was arrested and charged for assaulting Lewis on December 13, 2019. 

According to Independent, she was beaten her boyfriend after a fight. Officers then took her into custody at her residence in London which she shared with Lewis.

Caroline was released from custody and was advised to stay away from her partner. But the incident was too much for her and she decided to end her life. Despite they weren't allowed to contact each other, Lewis had posted Valentine's message for Caroline on Instagram. He had sent "I love you" to Caroline just the day before she died. Her trial was to take place in March 2020.

Award-winning TV personality Caroline probably owned a net worth of $10 million. She made an average salary of $59,900 per year as a TV presenter and host. She had hosted the popular shows like Strictly Come Dancing, Here NOW! and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of. 

Furthermore, Caroline also worked as a co-presenter for Heart Network's Sunday Mornings. Another British TV presenter Spencer Kelly has a similar earning.

Known for her sharp delivery presentation, Caroline lived in an apartment for which she paid $3,872.40 per month. The flat had two-bedrooms and was spread in 1,400 square ft. She has stable income from her $1.42 million Islington property which she had rented out.
