Cecily Tynan is an American TV meteorologist who is working for WPVI-TV, ABC channel 6 since 1995. There she is 5, 6, and 11, pm chief weathercaster. 

The weather woman Cecily Joan was born on March 19, 1969, in Newton, Connecticut, USA. Tynan is very close to her beloved mother with whom she shares several pictures on her social accounts. She has a brother named Bob Tynan. Concerning education, Cecily earned a degree in journalism & politics from Washington and Lee University.
