Chelsea Koerbler was born in Central Pennsylvania, United States of America. She celebrates her birthday on August 28 but her exact birth year remains private. She has two siblings, a sister, Celia Koerbler and a brother, Patrick Koerbler.

She studied at the Marian Catholic High School in Diploma. Also, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University. Following her graduation, she did volunteer at Newman Center at Temple University from January 2012  to April 2012.
