Debraca Foxx is one of the finest television actors, who mesmerized the show business field with her prominent roles from the midst-1970s to the early-1980s. As a child artist, she knew that her passion for arts of acting will become her respective profession.

Debraca Foxx's Early Life

Debraca was born as Debraca Denise in 1950 in the United States. She is the biological daughter of an exotic dancer, Betty Jean Harris, who got married to an American stand-up comedian, Redd Foxx on 5th July 1956. After marriage, Redd adopted Debraca when she was only 9 years old and gave his surname, Foxx to her.

Unfortunately, Debraca's mother, Betty and her stepfather, Redd separated after 18 years of marriage because of Foxx's infidelity. A few months later, they filed for divorce citing incompatibility in May 1974. Foxx gave $150,000 as alimony during the divorce settlement.

During the conclusion of a divorce, Debraca's stepdad obtained that her mother was "allegedly hiding, removing and secreting property" from their Las Vegas house. Later, the court asked her to return $110,000 to Foxx that she removed from his bank accounts. They finally ended up on a divorce agreement in 1975.

Debraca's Step Father, Redd's Past Marital Affairs

Debraca Foxx's stepdad, Redd married four times in his whole life. His first marriage was with Evelyn Killebrew, which lasted for four years from 1948 to 1951. Their marital union ended in divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

After the divorce of Debraca's parents, her step father, Red was remarried to a 20 years his junior, Joi Yun Chi Chung, Korean cocktail waitress, whom he met at the Las Vegas Hilton. The pair's wedding ceremony took place at Thunderbird Hotel, Las Vegas on 31st December 1976. They, however, divorced on September 11, 1981 with a divorce agreement of $300,000.

Debraca's stepdad, Redd exchanged his wedding vows with a native of Seoul, South Korea, Ka Ho Cho on July 8, 1991 at Little Church of the West in Las Vegas. The reason why he married Cho is because she stand by his support during his trials and tribulations. 

The pair stayed in their blissful matrimonial relationship until Foxx's untimely demise on 11th October 1991 during the rehearsal break for The Royal Family. The cause of his death was a sudden heart stroke. After the passing of Foxx, his family and some close friends held a memorial service at the burial place at Palm Memorial Park in Las Vegas, Nevada.

From Debraca's Stepdad, Redd's Tax Problems to Family Feud

Betty Jean Harris' daughter, Debraca comes from a wealthy family. Her late stepfather, Redd had a net worth of $3.5 Million at the time of his demise. But, the total sum of Foxx's fortune was not given to her as her dad had a debt of $3.6 million in taxes in 1991.

It was found that Debraca's stepdad, Redd once made earnings of $4 Million in a year, but spent all of his fortunes on his wealthy lifestyle. Reportedly, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seized his Las Vegas real estate property after facing tax evasion of $755,166.21.

While investigating Debraca's stepdad's mansion, IRS found seven models of cars, including a 1927 Model T, 1975 Panther J72, 1983 Zimmer, and Vespa scooter. They also found dozens of guns, including a semiautomatic pistol and total cash of $12,769.

After the demise of Foxx, Debraca was chosen to be the administrator of her dad's real estate. But, when Foxx's fourth wife, Ka Ho Foxx found Debraca misusing her late spouse, Redd's funds for her personal use. 

Ka Ho later accused Debraca for not paying the tax debts of her father instead of misusing it. Furthermore, she fired her from the position of Foxx's real estate administrator in 2006.

Red Foxx's legally adopted daughter, Debraca made her debut appearance as Doris Martin in the family comedy television series, Sanford and Son in 1977. Later she appeared in an episode of Sanford, Private Lives in 1981. 

Foxx last starred in the historical biographical documentary series, Unsung Hollywood in 2015. So, she probably earned a hefty paycheque from her notable TV show works. Currently, she has $550,000 net worth, which is slightly more than Chaos Theory actress, Lauren Cook's et value.

Sanford and Son actress, Debraca has been enjoying her joyful conjugal relationship with a renowned businessperson, Ralph Russell from Los Angeles, California. The couple's lavish wedding ceremony took place at the the Grand Ballroom of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in June 1975.

The couple invited more than 450 guests at nuptial, decorated in a flower-covered gazebo scenario. Moreover, Deimoin Schott served as the best man, and Antoinette Woods was the maid of honor at their wedding.

During their wedding ceremony, Debraca wore a white chiffon Christian bridal gown, designed by Holan Miller of Beverly Hills, California. Meanwhile, her groom donned in a slim-fit white formal suit, tied up with a white tie.

Debraca's mom, Betty hosted their wedding reception party at their Toluca Estate for close friends and relatives following the nuptial. However, her stepdad, Redd did not attend her wedding nor came to the reception party after the divorce with her mother.

Debraca and her husband, Russell lives a low-key lifestyle after getting married. They prefer to keep their relationship under the curtains. So, it seems like they are quite happy in their marital union, but yet to share any children.

Prior to Debraca's marriage, she was in a romantic affair with the brother of legendary singer and dancer, Michael Jackson, Jackie Jackson. Nonetheless, they split up after finding their interest are not the same anymore.
