The Infidelity leads to Jesse's Divorce
In October of 2018, Noelle filed for divorce from Jesse because of his extra-marital affair. The former couple was supposed to attend the hearing in Suffolk County in 2019, but they never showed.
According to the court official, the divorce settlement between the former pair is already settled. The official, however, gave nothing away about the agreements as they are confidential. As per The Daily News, Noelle requested for her legal fees, half of the property, and the custody of their twin daughters.

Emma and Jesse left the Station for Good
Di Giovine left Fox News after Jesse notified the news network about the relationship. After the leak, Emma was transferred to The Ingraham Angle by the Fox News.
