Helen Louise Willink is best known as the longtime wife of a retired naval officer, Jocko Willink. She was born on June 20, 1970, in England. Not much is known about her early life, but Helen used to work as a flight attendant in her younger days.

Disciplined Couple: Helen says it's Intense

The moment she became a mother, Helen quit her job as a flight attendant. Also, Jocko credits her for being a cooperative wife. Well, Jocko's followers might know about his insane daily routine. He wakes up as early as 4 a.m. in the morning and does his daily workout.

To keep up with her husband's needs, Helen wakes up at 5:30 a.m. and prepares meals, and does household work. When asked about how she feels having such a disciplined husband, Helen replied: 

"It's intense, He is too intense."
