Isaac Shingange has two siblings, a brother Andrew Shingange and half brother, Trevor Noah. Andrew was born to Patricia Nombuyiselo and Ngisaveni Abel Shingange in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

They married in 1992 and parted ways in 1996 after Abel physically abused her. Andrew now lives in his hometown of Gauteng in Johannesburg and is a happily married man.

Whereas Trevor was born on 20 February 1984 to Patricia and Robert Noah. In 2009, after Patricia tied the knot with Sfiso Khoza, she was shot in her leg and back of her head by her ex-spouse, Ngisaveni. 

But she had a chance to survive when the bullet went through the base of her head and all other nerves and blood vessels.
