Isabella Hofmann is an American actress. She is well known for her portrayal in hit television shows like Dear John, JAG, and Homicide: Life on the street. 

In addition, she also made her appearance in television series like Legends of Tomorrow, Criminal Minds, Crisis on Earth-X and more. 

Hofmann was born on 11th December 1958, in Chicago Illinois. Born to her American parents, Isabella is of White ethnicity and holds American nationality.

She completed her high school from Columbia College and later received her graduation from the University of Wisconsin. 

The talented actress Isabella started her career performing comedy with a group known as The Second City. With the group, she performed in many places at the beginning of her career.

Isabella then began building her interest in movies. Her first television appearance was in the 1986 show named Head of the Class, where she portrayed as Suzzane McGraw. 

Later, Isabella attracted more fame with her acting skills. Sooner or later, she began appearing in various TV shows including Beauty and Beast, Legends of Tomorrow, Homicide: Life on Street, Providence and more.

From 1988-1992, Isabella portrayed as the lead role of Kate McCarron in the show titled Dear John. Hofmann's other notable performance was in the Television show named Homicide where she appeared from 1994-1997. 

Besides her television career, Isabella is also known for her appearance in movies including The Amazing Panda Adventure, Real Men, Dreamer, Princess Diaries 2 and more. 

As of 2019, Isabella Hofmann will be portraying on the legal drama Suits as Joan Walsh.

Isabella Hofmann has been married twice. Unfortunately, both of her marital relationships could not last long. Currently, she seems to be enjoying her single life.

After dating for some time, the pair exchanged their wedding vows in 1994. From their Blissfull marriage, Hofmann and Baldwin welcomed a baby boy together named Atticus. Like the first nuptial relationship, Isabella also parted her ways with her second partner. The pair divorced after staying together for nine years. However, the reason behind is still unknown.
