Okines first met Byram during the fitness photoshoots in 2014 where Amanda was a model and Julian was an in-charge of the whole shoots. According to the Irish Mirror, soon the photo shoot over, Julian texted Amanda saying 

"It was really nice meeting you and I would love to see you again soon." 

Amanda also replied to his message but their romance bloomed only after a trip to Italy which Amanda intended to go with her mother. Soon, Okines purposed his lady love with a diamond-studded beautiful ring.

After a year of dating, the couple announced their engagement on December 2015 and finally exchanged the ring after four months. Moreover, the pair is together since then without any trouble relationships.
