Justin Timberlake has been America's sweet boy for a long time. Timberlake first shot to fame as the lead singer of the boy band, NSYNC, comprising four members. Over the years, Justin's outstanding career has transcended the realm of music and made it into acting, business, and more. With over ten Grammys under his belt, he is one of the most decorated pop artists of all time.  

Born on January 31, 1981, in Memphis, Tennesse, Justin's family's close acquaintances with several musicians sprouted his penchant for music. Justin had had a notable number of relationships before he and Spears became an adored couple in the 90s. The NSYNC singer's lesser-known early romances were with his teenage love, Danielle Ditto, Veronica Finn, and Fergie. The Mirror hitmaker started dating pop princess Britney in 1999 after having met her on the sets of All-New Mickey Mouse Club. 

Justin and Spears were the ultimate Y2k couple throughout their romance, which lasted almost three years. Although there were some speculations of infidelity at the time, to their fans, the couple's breakup in 2002 was abrupt. Spears' recently-released memoir has put a lot in perspective and fans have now begun to realize that it was not so abrubt after all.   

In her memoir, The Woman in Me, Spears discloses how Timberlake cheated on her multiple times, and even encouraged her to abort their baby. The Baby One More Time hitmaker says the abortion and their breakup scared her for life. "He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young," Spears writes in her memoir.  

The NSYNC frontman was accused of cheating on Spears with Tonya Mitchell, with whom he was linked amid his split from the pop icon. Timberlake also romanced Jenna Dewan and Alyssa Milano shortly after his famous breakup with Spears. The Grammy winner famously dated actress Cameron Diaz from 2003 to 2007.

The unlikely couple, and that too, with an age gap of almost ten years, met at a Nickelodeon award show in 2003, and ended up dating. The couple amicably called it quits in 2007 and even went on to work together in Bad Teacher. Timberlake has also had his share of rumored romances, including with Rihanna, Olivia Wilde, and Scarlett Johansson.

Though it may look like Timberlake met actress Jessica Biel at a pivotal time in his life, fell in love with her, and decided to settle down, that was not what actually happened. When the duo sparked dating rumors in early 2007, Timberlake had just had his big breakup with Diaz, and Biel was out of an as famous relationship with Derek Jetter.  

Given Justin's long romantic history, it was apparent that he didn't intend on moving anywhere serious with Biel. In his 2018 memoir, "Hindsight & All the Things I Can't See in Front of Me, the Grammy winner revealed that both he and Jessica were seeing other people, while casually dating each other. The duo's "not so serious" romance ended up going on for almost four years, and the couple parted ways in 2011.  

But just months into their cordial breakup, the Sexyback hitmaker tries to win Jessica back as he calls her the "most significant person in my life" in his Vanity Fair interview. In between his breakup and patch-up romance with Biel, Timberlake was linked with Rihanna, Mila Kunis, and Wilde, none of which were confirmed.   

After rekindling their romance briefly after the split, Timberlake and Jessica announced their engagement in December and walked down the aisle on October 19, 2012. The couple has since welcomed two kids. Their firstborn, Silas Randall Timberlake, was born in April 2015, followed by the birth of their second son, Phineas, in 2020.
