Sued by his Girlfriend

The dream man of every woman, Kim was sued by his own girlfriend. Her girlfriend Choi filed assault charges against him in August 2014. She claimed that she was harshly beaten by K-Pop star, which caused her to broken ribs and bruises. But after apologizing to her, she dropped some of the charges. However, he was fined 5 Million KRW  ($4,300) due to the damage he has done to Choi.

Is Kim father of Choi's Son?

Some of the national magazines reported that the pair were reunited in February 2015, which lead Choi to get pregnant. Later, Kim stated in a press meeting that he hadn't seen Choi after she told him she was pregnant and is unable to confirm whether he was the father or not. 

Again in May, Choi filed another lawsuit against Kim for $1.48 Million for mental stress caused by their informal relationship, and she also claimed that his damage led her to miscarry a previous pregnancy back in 2014. On that note, Kim filed a counter-suit against Choi and won a 100 Million KRW ($86,000). 

Later in December 2015, it was confirmed that Kim was the father of a baby that Choi had given birth. They haven't revealed the name of their son. Furthermore, there is no information regarding the pairs.
