Lara Spencer is an American T.V host, author and athlete. As Per her bio, Lara was born to Richard Von Saleen and Caroleen Von Saleen. Lara graduated with a Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Lara Spencer grew up in the New York suburb of Garden city. She completed her graduation from Garden City High School in 1987.
Lara was selected on an athletic scholarship to attain her college under Pennsylvania State University. Lara has been a nationally competitive diver. Eventually, it earned her an All American Athlete title in 1991.
