Their first child, Katy, currently works for NBC News as a news reporter, and James is a medical student. Moreover, she is a married woman. She exchanged vows with Tony Dokoupil.

Zoey Tur Is Completely A Female Now 

Right after the divorce, her ex-husband, Zoey's gender dysphoria worsened, and she even tried to commit suicide. But later, on May 2013, she started taking a dose of the female hormone, Estradiol. She took the dose for 14 months and underwent sexual reassignment surgery in June 2014.

After the surgery, she successfully transformed from male to female. Later in an interview with The People about her sexual surgery,

''My son was great, he told me, ‘I support your decision and if this will make you happy then I’m on board.' But my daughter was shocked. She had a great deal of difficulty and we stopped talking for a long time.''

Eventually, she accepted her father's choice.
