It is a matter of fact, Michael Hastings is no longer with us. Michael passed away on June 18, 2013, in a accident. He died in a single-vehicle automobile crash in his Mercedes-Benz C250 Coupé at approximately 4:25 a.m. in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

As per eye witness, The car was moving at full speed. There were sparks and flames before the car crashed into a palm tree. The security camera shows the speeding of the car until its crash. Hastings' body was burned beyond recognition. The coroner identified the body by matching fingerprints with those the FBI had on file.
