Neil Diamond, whose real name is Neil Leslie Diamond, is an American singer, songwriter, and actor who has sold over 100 million records worldwide. His excellent performances captured the hearts of millions of people.

Neil Diamond was born on January 24, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York, to Akiva Diamond and Rose Diamond. He is from a Jewish family with Russian and Polish ancestors. His father is a dry goods dealer who has served in the army on several occasions. Moreover, he has a sister, Jesse Diamond.

Neil Diamond Married Three Times To Date

The divorce between Murphey and Diamond is one of the most expensive divorces. The Sweet Caroline singer gave up $150 million which is half of his estate. Neil later said she was worth every penny.

Neil Diamond found love again in Katie McNeil after failing in two previous relationships. He announced his engagement with Katie on September 7, 2011, via Twitter. 

After a year of ring ceremony, the lovebirds exchanged marriage vows on April 21, 2012, in Los Angeles in front of their family and friends. Since then, the duo is living a blissful married life in Beverly Hills. The pair have not shared kids yet.
