Petri Hawkins-Byrd is an American actor, television personality, and voice actor. He is also a writer and former New York State Court Officer who served for a couple of years for the sake of the country. In Judge Judy, he even severed the entire series which is twenty-five seasons as sidekick role, Bailiff Bryd.

In the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and the final season of Judge Judy, Bond suffered from a cancerous brain tumor. The news shocked the members and family of the Byrd. 

She was heavily involved in several chemotherapies and got blessings from the whole crew members. By April 2021, 95 percent of the tumor was rumored from Bond. Currently, she is continuing with chemotherapy with positive feedback.

Before accepting the producer, Markita as the love of life, Petri was married to his first wife, Felicia Byrd. The couple started their wonderful relationship back in the late 1970s.
