She is a realtor from Tampa Bay and also has been featured in Netflix's reality TV show called Selling Tampa alongside other realtors like Sharelle Rosado, Anne-Sophie Petit, and Colony Reeves. The show was a spin-off to Selling Sunset and unfortunately was poorly received.

Frazier entered the showbiz industry after appearing in a reality show, Selling Tampa. The show was produced by Netflix and came out in 2021. The show was about an all-black female real estate agent who tries to become a big company in Tampa Bay. 

Selling Tampa included other realtors like Sharelle Rosado, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Colbert, Alexis Williams, and Tenille Moore. The first season had a total of eight episodes and unfortunately was received poorly by the audiences. This is why the show has been canceled at the time of this writing. Only time will tell if they will bring back the show.

Frazier besides dealing with properties is also an advocate. She holds a lawyer's license and is a practicing lawyer too. She currently serves as the Principal Attorney at her own Rena Frazier Law. She has been doing this since April 2018, the same month Nathalie Kelly married Jordan Burrows.

The Tampa Bay realtor, Frazier has previously worked as the attorney for FOWLER WHITE BOGGS. She was with the company for more than six years, starting in January 2004 to November 2010.
