Rita Setliff is the wife of the famous American football coach and former player Rich Rodriguez. Rita came to limelight after getting engaged with the Rich. The gorgeous Rita is a retired worker of the telephone company and used to trained university employees on how to use the new ultramodern phones until 1996.

The beautiful Rita was born on 31st March 1963 in West Virginia as Rita Christina Setliff. She earned her degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. She was raised by father Horace Setliff who is an Army veteran, played tennis for the Fairmont State Fighting Falcons.

Rita and Rich came to know each other back in the 1980s, and on that period, she was dating someone else. After some weeks, she broke up with her boyfriend, and later somehow they accidentally met at the restaurant where Rich approached her.

The pair started dating one another for almost a year and after the closeness took the height, the pair shared in wedding vows on 1st July 1989 where their family and friends were present as guests and a lot of football players and managers were seen on their wedding day. At that time, Rita was working in a telephone company while Rich was a professional footballer.

The pair are now married for 3 decades. From their 30 years of marriage, they share two children. The firstborn Raquel Richards is the cheer captain at Arizona following her mother's footsteps. 

The second child son, Rhett Richards is also following his father's footsteps and playing football day by day for a professional career. As for the family of four are happily living together and are supporting each other.

Rich On An Accusation Of Sexual Harassment

In 2018, Rich Rodriguez was fired from his designation by the University of Arizona. He was accused of sexual harassment by his former assistant. 

On that note, he later stated that he has cheated his wife but hasn't harassed anyone at the workplace. Rich was later threatened by a $7.5 Million lawsuit alleging harassment to his assistant. Despite being fired, he receives a $6 million buyout from the university.
